Pop megastar Madonna doesn’t have a feud with lady Gaga, and most importantly she wants everybody to know that. On Monday, the 56-year-old singer posted on Instagram even more proof of the non-beef with her younger colleague.
This is the second time during the week than she’s answered to the alleged argue.
The latest proof comes in the form of a photo which Madonna has reposted on Instagram from Gaga’s profile. On this picture Madonna has added the trademark face netting which is a marketing meme for her upcoming album called “Rebel Heart.”
On Saturday, Lady Gaga has posted the original photo to her Instagram profile with the caption which says: “Careful witch, I’ll put a spell on you. Or maybe I already did.” Perhaps coincidence or maybe not, but the photo was posted on Instagram on the same day when Guy Oseary, Madonna’s manager, has answered on fans’ questions about the alleged rivalry in a Twitter Q&A.
Swirling back in August, after a few tracks from Madonna’s unreleased album “Rebel Heart” have leaked online, the rumors of a feud have started. The Sun has reported that a demo which is titled “Two Steps Behind” contained the lyrics “You’re a copycat, get back/ I’m always on your mind.” After that, the speculations have started that the song might be about Lady Gaga.
“That song is NOT about Gaga or anyone in particular. The song is an unfinished demo she had no intention of finishing or releasing along with many others. She has NO ill will towards Gaga. It’s nonsense. She was listening to Tony Bennett duet album last week and appreciating it.” – Guy Oseary told to the fans in the Twitter Q&A about the alleged rivalry.
Just a few hours later, Madonna herself slammed anyone who was perpetuating the rumors. “There are People that are so hateful. They want to create feuds between strong women that do not exist! I do not wish ill will towards any other female artist and I never have! The World is big enough for all of us!” – She posted.
