What a guy… Even a broken leg did not stop him from finishing concert in Gothenburg, Sweden. Dave Grohl fell from the stage during the concert, injured his leg badly, than came back and finished concert.

This awesome fellow who is musician and documentary film maker has shown everybody how things should be done. There are footage from the concert that does not show the fall itself, which happened during their second song “Monkey Wrench” but it shows what he told to his audience right after the fall.

“Ladies and gentleman… I love you too motherf—ers,” he said. “Now look, I think I just broke my leg. I think I REALLY broke my leg. So look, you have my promise, right now, that the Foo Fighters; we’re gonna come back and finish the show. Right now, I’m gonna go to the hospital. I’m gonna fix my leg, but then I’m gonna come back and we’re gonna play for you again. I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry. We’re gonna do it, but right now, Taylor Hawkins, you’ve gotta do it. You’ve gotta do it.”

When he left the stage to fix his leg, the band continued without him. Taylor Hawkins stepped in as vocal. Than almost at the end Dave came back on the stage in a wheelchair and finished the show. “I may not be able to walk or run, but I can still play guitar and scream,” said Grohl to the audience1. The band even posted x-ray photo of the broken leg on their Instagram. Big “hip, hip, hurrah” for Foo Fighters.

They did not yet speaked about upcoming North American tour, that supposed to start July 4 in Washington, but judging by this concert it is possible that they will do it with Dave in the wheelchair.
