Catherine Zeta Jones (Catherine Jones) was born on September 25, 1969 in Swansea, Wales. She was many times winner of many Academy awards. Her breathtaking performance in 1998’s ‘The Mask of Zorro’ was very well accepted by the critics and she became a huge star.

With her stunning looks and unique beauty, she was always on the ‘Sexiest woman in the world’ list. Also with her acting she proved she was much more than just another pretty face .

Early life

Catherine is the only child of working-class parents. At very young age, she became an accomplished singer and dancer, because she was singing and acting with the local Catholic congregation’s amateur performing group. When she was 15, Catherine had dropped out of school to join a touring production of the musical ‘The Pajama Game’. Acquiring her first actor’s guild card at the age of 15, she moved to London to pursue acting.


Before Zorro made her an international sensation, Catherine had actually been acting professionally for over 10 years, and became equally reputed in film, theater and television. It took her just two years to show up in the lead role of the musical ’42nd Street’. The show great, sad by the critics and the audience. Personal life


Except Catherine’s movies and acting she was always in the centre of attention because of her love life. Her first known relationship was with American producer Jon Peters, who eventually proposed marriage. But she turned him down because of difference views on her career. In 1998, she met legendary actor Michael Douglas at the Deauville Film Festival and the pair soon became a couple, despite a 25-year age difference. Soon the couple married and got 2 children a son Dylan Michael and a daughter Carys Zeta.
